Debbie Larson, MBA, Certified Insight Coaching Practitioner
Debbie Larson spent more than two decades at Microsoft, where she led large-scale product operations, organizational transformation, and enterprise programs affecting hundreds of thousands of employees globally. Working at the intersection of complex technical systems and human performance, she witnessed firsthand how systemic overload and automation can quietly erode the human judgment and resilience that power enterprise decisions.
After 23 years in corporate leadership, Debbie redirected her operational expertise toward helping leaders and organizations build sustainable human capability, agency, and resilience. She brings both executive business acumen and lived experience to this work — a calling decades in the making.
Debbie holds an MBA (awarded with distinction) and the Certified Insight Coaching Practitioner designation. She is currently in ICF-accredited training with Coach Training EDU, working toward her ACC credential. Her approach is direct, evidence-based, and deeply practical — building the internal infrastructure leaders need to thrive inside complex enterprise environments.
The Truth Built Over 23 Years at Microsoft
I spent 23 years at Microsoft. I loved the pace, the complex challenges, and the brilliant people I worked alongside. What I learned along the way is that no organization-however advanced-can system-engineer its way out of human exhaustion, nor can automated tools replace the vital layer of human judgment. That is the truth I built Larson Integrative on: preserving human agency, critical thinking, and sustained resilience alongside evolving enterprise technology.
If you're running on fumes, you don't need a corporate wellness seminar or a quick fix. You need a practical, sustainable way to reclaim your life and your energy while still doing great work.
This practice isn't another wellness brand. It exists because resilience is a skill — and every person deserves the chance to develop it.
